Dongguan Taifu Machinery traces its history back to 2009 and has over ten years of experience in building vertical injection molding machines. Taifu machines are sold across China and exported to Europe, South America, the Middle East and Southeast Asia. A network of international sales agents supports overseas customers, shortening delivery times and making after-sales service easier to reach. The company is organized into eight departments: administration, finance, sales, purchasing, production, engineering, planning and human resources. Taifu has also invested in information systems, including an office automation platform and an ERP system implemented with Digiwin (Yifei). Our guiding principles are people first, continuous improvement, innovation and mutual success, with the aim of creating more value and better service for customers.

A customer in Vietnam that produces automotive electronic parts bought five rotary table injection molding machines from Taifu last year. This year, as the business scaled up from a small workshop to a mid-sized manufacturer, the company added: 7 two-color injection molding machines 6 BMC injection molding machines 8 double-sliding-table machines "Taifu's quality is reliable, and the service is excellent," said Mr. Luo from the customer. "They have an office in Vietnam, so when our staff have a technical question about operation, Taifu's after-sales engineers come on site to help very quickly. That is why we chose Taifu."

Dongguan Taifu Machinery is located in Shipai Town, Dongguan, in the Pearl River Delta close to Shenzhen and Guangzhou, with convenient transport links. The company follows the values of integrity, innovation and development, with a strategy of mutual success. Quality and service are managed through an ERP information system and 7S on-site management. Responsibilities are clearly assigned between departments, and every step — from raw material purchasing through production control to final delivery — is checked and improved, supported by a complete pre-sales, sales and after-sales service system. Taifu provides solutions tailored to market and customer needs, backed by a dedicated after-sales team offering 24-hour service.

Taifu high-speed vertical molding machines use a servo hydraulic system: a servo motor drives a fixed-displacement pump. The motor's start, stop and speed can be adjusted freely, so the pump's output volume and speed follow exactly what each machine movement requires. The speed and position of every action are controlled directly by the servo hydraulic system. Compared with a conventional system A conventional hydraulic system pairs a fixed-speed motor with a fixed-displacement pump. Once the machine is running, the pump turns at a constant speed and delivers a constant flow, much of which is wasted work. With a servo system, the pump delivers only the oil required for the pressure and flow of each movement. Biggest savings on long cooling times Thick-walled parts need long cooling times, during which there is no injection movement. A conventional system keeps pumping and returning all the oil to the tank, consuming power for nothing. A servo system stops the pump during cooling and consumes no energy — the longer the cooling time, the greater the saving. Because the servo system delivers oil according to the stroke of each movement, oil flow fluctuates less, avoiding unnecessary flow losses.

As factories reopened in early 2020 and demand for masks and protective supplies surged, Taifu's employees returned to work to support production across the supply chain. A customer in Zhejiang ordered ten V85R2 rotary table injection molding machines, to be combined with automatic robots for face mask production, with a delivery deadline of just 25 days. After reviewing capacity and assigning responsibilities, every department — from engineering and purchasing to the production line — worked closely together to make the deadline. Taifu also helped the customer find a suitable automation supplier so that our machines could run in fully automated, unmanned production. After 25 days of round-the-clock work, the machines were delivered to the customer on time, helping ease the shortage of medical supplies.

For 2020, Taifu set its sales targets on the Middle East and Southeast Asia, while strengthening the R&D, production, sales and after-sales teams to build a strong reputation for quality and service overseas. Product range Drawing on Taiwanese, Japanese and German technology, Taifu develops multi-purpose machine series designed to be faster, more precise, more stable, safer and more energy-efficient: Clamping force from 15 to 450 tons; shot weight from 35 g to 2,500 g Vertical clamp / vertical injection, vertical clamp / horizontal injection, and C-frame machines with and without tie bars Single-sliding-table, double-sliding-table, two-station and multi-station rotary table machines Special-purpose machines such as LCP machines, thermoset (bakelite, BMC) machines and zipper machines

On 19 December 2019, another batch of Taifu C-frame vertical injection molding machines was prepared for shipment to Malaysia — following the seven C-frame machines shipped to Vietnam in November. Why do customers keep choosing Taifu? Engineering: we develop one-stop solutions tailored to each customer's requirements. Production capacity: a strong production team that can meet short lead times. Service: sales and after-sales teams across China and Southeast Asia, able to reach the site quickly when a production problem needs support.

The after-sales team responds within 2 hours nationwide, reaches sites within Guangdong in 2 hours, and resolves issues outside the province within 12 hours. Recently, Mr. Liu from Hebei visited the factory looking for a rotary table injection molding machine to produce eyeglass frames. He came on the recommendation of a friend who had been using Taifu machines for several years with stable production and virtually no breakdowns. After touring the plant, Mr. Liu was impressed by the scale of production: "Before I came, I thought it was a small company. Now I see I underestimated it."

On 13 January 2019, a customer in Jiangsu ordered nine small vertical injection molding machines: two V2-15, one V2-20 and six V4-25. The machines were scheduled to ship on 20 January, shortly before the Spring Festival holiday. Despite the cold, wet weather, every department — engineering, production, machining, assembly, quality and shipping — worked extra hours, with each station completing its work before handing over to the next. Two days before shipment, the customer asked for a safety door to be added to one of the machines. We accepted the request, although the parts warehouse had no safety door in stock for that model so close to the holiday. Our purchasing team worked with the supplier, who agreed to make and deliver the safety door the day before their own holiday began. Thanks to the whole team's commitment, all machines were delivered to the customer's site on schedule.
