Taifu invited engineers from one of its servo-drive suppliers to give our team in-depth training on their servo systems. With rotating power restrictions in many industrial areas of Guangdong, energy-saving servo systems help customers keep production running while using less power. How dual-servo rotary machines save energy On rotary vertical machines with a dual servo system, both system pressure and flow are closed-loop controlled, and the hydraulic system supplies only the flow and pressure actually needed. This avoids the high-pressure relief losses of a conventional fixed-pump system. During high-flow stages — recovery, clamping and injection — the motor runs at its set speed; during low-flow stages such as holding and cooling, motor speed is reduced. As a result, pump motor energy consumption falls by 40–80%.

As the year came to a close, Taifu held its annual year-end meeting. Employees gathered to look back on a year of hard work together, hear each department's review of its results and look ahead to the factory's development plans. Management summed up the shared achievements of the team, and the meeting closed with a training session given by Mr. Xiao, encouraging everyone to stay patient, avoid complacency and keep moving steadily toward the company's goals.

Shop-floor work in machine building can be tiring and repetitive, which often leads to high staff turnover. Taifu addresses this with a fair pay and bonus system combined with a structured multi-skilled worker program that gives employees a path to grow. This motivates the whole workshop and supports consistent build quality — because quality is built in, not inspected in.

Taifu recently built a vertical-clamp, horizontal-injection rotary table machine, custom-made for an eyewear components manufacturer in China's coastal region to mold optical lenses. Internally we call it our "eyewear injection molding machine". Taifu Machinery has focused on the research, development and continuous improvement of vertical injection molding machines since it was founded in 2009. Every Monday, Taifu holds a safety meeting reminding all staff to protect themselves and others: wear safety shoes, goggles and gloves, and use helmets and safety harnesses when working at height. Fires occur in plastics-related industries every year, so fire prevention is a priority for us. Our approach rests on three points: Training: all employees are trained in using fire extinguishers, evacuation routes, fire prevention in the workshop and proper workwear. Infrastructure: site facilities must fully meet fire codes — clear fire lanes, maintained hydrants and so on. Drills and maintenance: regular fire drills, plus routine maintenance of machines and wiring to prevent short circuits. Following the national fire regulations in daily work, raising safety awareness and inspecting site facilities routinely are the simplest and most effective ways to keep everyone safe.
