This website, www.taifumachine.com, is operated by Dongguan Taifu Machinery Co., Ltd. ("TAIFU", "we", "us"), a manufacturer of vertical injection molding machines based in Dongguan, Guangdong, China. TAIFU is the controller of the personal data described in this policy.

This policy explains what personal data we collect when you visit our website or contact us, why we collect it, who we share it with and the choices you have. It applies to this website and to the inquiries you send us through it.

Information you give us. When you send an inquiry or request a quote through our forms, or contact us by email, phone or WhatsApp, we collect the details you provide, such as:

• your email address and phone or WhatsApp number;
• the machine type you are interested in and details of your project, for example the part, insert, material, mold and destination country, and any drawings or photos you send us.

Information collected automatically. TAIFU is based in China and supplies customers in many countries. Your personal data will be processed in China and may be processed in other countries where our service providers operate. 09How long we keep information

We keep inquiry and customer information for as long as needed to answer your request and manage our business relationship, and afterwards for the period required by accounting, tax and other legal rules. If an inquiry does not lead to a business relationship, we delete or anonymise it when it is no longer needed.
