Quality & certificates

Checked at every step, run before it ships.

How we control quality from incoming parts to the trial run — and the patents behind our clamping and hydraulic designs.

Inspection

Five checkpoints on every machine

  1. Incoming parts

Purchased components — valves, hydraulic motors, controllers, barrels and seals — are checked on arrival.

  2. Machined parts

Platens and frames are machined on our own gantry and CNC machining centers and measured before assembly.

  3. Assembly checks

Clamping parallelism, table indexing, hydraulic circuits and wiring are checked as each machine is assembled.

  4. Trial run

Every machine is run at the factory; pressure, speed, stroke, time and temperature settings are preset from the trial.

  5. Pre-shipment

Final inspection, safety-device check and packing. Customers can attend the trial or the factory acceptance.

Components

What goes into the machine

Key components come from established suppliers; the exact configuration is listed in each quotation.

ControllersKEBA (Austria) or Taiwanese controllers, chosen per machine
HydraulicsValves, hydraulic motors and manifold blocks from Taiwan, Japan, Germany and Italy
Injection unitBarrels and screws matched to the material: general, engineering, clear or high-mixing
SafetyInfrared safety light curtains and safety-door interlocks

Contact & RFQ

Attend the trial of your machine

Bring your mold and material, or send them ahead. We run the trial and share the settings before shipment.

Drawings or part photos help us recommend the right machine — attach them in the email that opens, or send them to collinhou@dg-taifu.com.
