Two plants

Dongguan and Kunshan

Our headquarters and main plant are in Shipai Town, Dongguan, in the heart of the Pearl River Delta. A second manufacturing base in Kunshan, Jiangsu, serves customers in East China.

From steel to shipment

Five stops on the factory floor

Machining
MachiningPlatens, tie-bar seats and frames are machined in-house on gantry machining and milling centers.
Assembly
AssemblyClamping units, rotary or sliding tables, hydraulics and electrics are assembled in dedicated halls.
Trial run
Trial runEvery machine is run before shipment. Customers can attend and trial their own mold.
Finished machines
Finished machinesStandard models wait in the finished-machine halls, ready for final checks and packing.
Delivery
DeliveryMachines are loaded by overhead crane and shipped by truck to the port or straight to the customer.
