The TFWB3-R is Taifu's newly designed, new-generation large two-platen rotary table machine with an ultra-low worktable. It is available as a three-station (R3), four-station (R4) or multi-station machine, and is designed for large insert-molded parts and multi-purpose molding. Key advantages Compact and low: small footprint for space-limited plants, with overall height 25–30% lower than conventional machines of the same tonnage. Brake-lock indexing: the brake-type locking structure allows the table to stop and start faster. Low worktable: the table surface is 0.8 m high — about 50–75% lower than conventional machines of the same tonnage — making material handling easier and work more efficient. Many molders want a large or extra-large vertical rotary injection molding machine but face two problems: limited workshop height and a heavy machine whose operator worktable sits too high to work at comfortably. Taifu's ultra-low worktable rotary machine was developed for exactly this situation. Taifu's ultra-low vertical rotary injection molding machines can be specified to the following standards, and further customized to the customer's requirements: Simultaneous clamping and ejection to shorten the cycle. Industrial Ethernet interface (TCP protocol) that uploads all key parameters and sensor values such as temperature, pressure and position, as well as the current machine status and estimated completion time. Mold data memory for at least 500 mold settings, so operators can recall a job quickly. Protection against operator error and machine malfunction: in the event of a fault the machine stops automatically, displays the fault information and raises an alarm. Closed-loop shot control: screw position is measured by a linear transducer and shown on the display, giving numerical control of injection and metering; shot size is set according to production needs.

Taifu vertical rotary table machines are available in two-station, three-station and four-station versions, all customizable to customer requirements. On a two-station machine, parts are loaded and unloaded at one station while injection takes place at the other. The machines can be run by an operator or fully automated, depending on part volume and specification. On 10 February 2022 — the tenth day of the Lunar New Year — Taifu resumed work with a company-wide kick-off meeting. New-year goals Company leaders extended New Year greetings to all staff, reviewed the previous year and set out the goals for 2022, encouraging everyone to move quickly from holiday mode back to full working condition and to deliver on this year's plans. Opening red envelopes Every employee received a traditional opening-day red envelope from the company. Safe restart The management team held a production-restart safety meeting, followed by a safety inspection across the whole factory before production lines were started again.

Taifu held its 2021 annual meeting at the factory on 15 January 2022. Colleagues from the company's offices in Jiangsu, Fujian, Tianjin, Zhongshan and Zhejiang joined the factory team, partners and management for the event. Management thanked all employees for their work over the past year and set out their hopes for the year ahead. Outstanding employees received awards, departments put on performances, and a lucky draw ran through the evening.

A customer team from Jiangsu travelled to Taifu to audit the factory in person. The customer had first sent drawings and physical samples to our sales manager and engineering team for evaluation. The part is an automotive sunroof overmolding component with high precision requirements and specific demands on the production environment and equipment. After the online discussions, the customer brought the team to see our factory and production process first-hand. The visitors toured the CNC parts machining workshop and the assembly lines. More and more customers follow this route: online communication, an online or on-site factory audit, and then the contract.

With order volumes rising, coordination between departments had become harder and orders were at risk of being missed. In July 2021 Taifu introduced LED display boards for order management in the workshop, linked to its order management system.
