Two-station rotary table vertical injection molding machine with locating-pin table positioning and optional servo hydraulics. Suited to high-precision insert molding of automotive parts and luggage wheels.
Key features
- 180° alternating rotary table: the operator removes parts and loads inserts at a fixed position, for easy operation and high output.
- Table locked by a locating pin after each rotation for high-precision positioning and accurate mould closing.
- Two-station table as standard; three- or four-station tables available on request, ready for automated line integration.
- Standard three-tie-bar direct-pressure clamping; four-tie-bar clamping available for special moulds.
- Ready for automatic insert-loading and part-removal devices for fully automatic operation.
- Optional servo hydraulic system for energy savings, higher productivity, better part yield and longer machine life.
