Sliding table BMC machine with vertical clamping and horizontal side injection, fitted with an in-house developed BMC auxiliary feeder. Built for electrical, electronic and explosion-proof thermoset components.
Key features
- Vertical clamping with horizontal (side) injection.
- Dedicated barrel and screw set for wet BMC bulk thermoset molding.
- Hydraulic stuffer connected directly to the barrel feed throat, preventing barrel deformation during feeding.
- In-house developed BMC auxiliary feeder: BMC is a fibrous, oily, paste-like compound that has to be forced into the feed system, so the unit delivers material at stable pressure and accurate volume while holding a material reserve.
- Sliding table moves out for loading and unloading, with one upper and one lower mould, for easy operation and higher output.
- Imported hydraulic components for fast response, high precision and durability.
