Overview
BMC vertical injection molding machine with vertical clamping, horizontal side injection and one upper / two lower moulds. Insulated platens and a hydraulic stuffer make it suitable for continuous thermoset production.
Key features
- Vertical clamping with horizontal (side) injection.
- Dedicated barrel and screw set for wet BMC bulk thermoset molding.
- Hydraulic stuffer on the injection cylinder, connected directly to the barrel feed throat, so feeding force cannot deform the barrel.
- Special platen design with standard thermal insulation cooling plate and glass-fibre insulation board, keeping mould heat away from the machine to extend its service life.
- Four-tie-bar, two-station layout with one upper and two lower moulds for easy operation and higher output.
- Imported hydraulic components for fast response, high precision and durability.
