Split-type two-color (2K) rotary table vertical machine with two independent injection units, for two-color, two-material and overmolded parts. Clamping forces from 55 T to 500 T in the series.

Key features

• Two upper moulds on the upper platen and two lower moulds on the rotary table; the table rotates back and forth 180° to complete two-color, two-material or overmolded parts.
• Vertical clamping with a rotary table and two independent injection units with independent hydraulic circuits; full computer control.
• Low/high-pressure hydraulic system suited to standard and special two-color (two-material) molding.
• Water jacket in the table centre supplies cooling water to the lower moulds.
• Expandable control program and special multi-station tables (two upper and four lower moulds with automatic insert loading and part removal) for fully automatic operation.
• Table driven by a hydraulic motor with fast/slow control, or optionally by a servo motor; mechanical positioning ensures accurate, fast mould closing.
• Optional two independent clamping systems with separate moving platens, allowing two-color or two-material molding with different moulds.
