Fixed-table vertical injection molding machine for insert molding, with a fixed lower mould and moving upper mould for secure insert positioning. Single or double slides can be added.
Key features
- Vertical clamping and vertical injection for small insert molding such as electrical plugs and electronic parts.
- Two- or three-zone temperature control with stepless adjustment of injection speed and back pressure.
- Fast clamping with slow, low-pressure mould closing; automatic emergency opening on clamping faults protects the mould.
- Fixed lower mould and moving upper mould for reliable insert positioning; hydraulic ejector for easy part removal.
- Durable Chinese-brand electrical and hydraulic components with low running noise.
- Control options: PLC, computer with single proportional (pressure) control, or computer with full proportional (pressure and flow) control.
- Single slide (1S) or double slide (2S) can be added for easier operation and higher output.
