Factory Acceptance for a Custom Vertical Machine Ordered from Algeria

Challenge

A customer from Algeria ordered a custom vertical injection molding machine and visited Taifu to check progress and approve it for shipment.

Solution

Accompanied by Taifu's general manager and export team, the customer toured the gantry machining center (accuracy ±0.02 mm), the quality inspection center — where every machine is checked from incoming material through production to shipment — and the assembly department, where his machine had already been assembled and commissioned.

Result

The customer operated the machine himself, loaded an insert and molded a part successfully, then approved the machine for shipment, which was arranged the same day.
