Liquid silicone rubber (LSR) vertical machine with a German 2KM dosing unit and a double sliding or rotary table (one upper, two lower moulds). The operator unloads one mould while the other cures, raising output.

- Includes a German 2KM (20/200 L) LSR dosing unit.
- Multi-zone electric mould temperature control.
- LSR-specific hydraulic, water-cooled shut-off nozzle and dedicated LSR barrel set.
- Thermal insulation cooling plate and glass-fibre insulation board.
- Rotary or double sliding table design (one upper, two lower moulds): the operator unloads and cleans one lower mould during the curing time of the other.
- Special feeding and injection design for more accurate shot metering.
- Optional adjustable vacuum unit to prevent bubbles in parts.
